One of Folly's Best! This 5 bedroom 3 bath home offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Center Street. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by lush greenery you can truly enjoy your rest and relaxation while still just a quick walk away from the waves. There are spacious decks on the front and back of the home on every floor and there is a rooftop deck where you can soak up the sun and take in the sights of the beach!

Inside, there is ample living space for the whole family with 2 living areas, 5 bedrooms, a galley kitchen and large dining area to accommodate a large group. All bedrooms have a TV and a king or queen size bed to ensure your comfort. Windows around the home allow for an amazing amount of natural light creating a bright and airy space. You'll never have to choose between river or ocean views as you will be set in the middle of both in this lovely setting. Truly a unique home!

1505 Forrest allows up to 3 well behaved, house-broken, flea treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.

The stay was lovely. The house has broken windows and leaks water when it rains. There was some mold in the bathrooms. It would’ve been nice to have some beach, chairs and towels provided.

Very relaxing, great area and excellent location. The road to the property was a little bit rough and they were unfortunately sugar ants in the kitchen, but I understand that is the south.

House was clean and nicely furnished. Only area lacking is very small kitchen. We made do but you literally cannot have more than two people standing in the kitchen. Everything else was awesome.

Beautiful home, close to the beach, and perfect for our mixed age group! There was plenty of space and comfy beds and bathrooms! I didn’t hear a sound when older adult children were entertaining themselves! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent family vacation house

This house has five bedrooms with three of them being large with king beds. Lots of living space and great view from the top deck. My family spent evening there talking and enjoying the ocean view. One small issue is the very small kitchen. Short walk to the beach making this a great location. Enjoyed our family vacation in this house.

Would stay here again. House was very clean and maintained. Location was walking distance from the beach. Neighbors were friendly. Nice to have a place where everyone had their own bedroom. Ladies thought the kitchen was small, but didn't spend alot of time in there. Highly recommended.

Great beach stay!!

This beach house was lovely! Plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. The view of the sunset from the roof deck was unbelievable! The kitchen was very small, but stocked well. We also had trouble connecting to the WIFI. Luckily, we didn’t even need it with the beach just a 4 minute walk away! Not much more we could ask for!

A great place to stay

My family and I enjoyed our entire stay in this place. The house was exceptionally clean and spacious except for the kitchen. But we were aware of it so it was never been an issue. The host was really great, he kept in touch at all times and offered an open communication even if it was holiday. The check in and out were also smooth. I highly recommend this place to those looking for a homey and relaxing vibe close to the ocean and love to go see places nearby. I would love to go back to this place.

Nice time

We enjoyed are stay. The house was very roomy and clean, but was in need of some minor repairs. The location was great! Quick easy walk to the beach, short drive or bike ride to Center Street. WiFi in the house is not good as one of our family members had a zoom meeting and had a hard time connecting. The kitchen is very small, but had pretty much what you needed except for a blender. The owner is very attentive I needed more towels and they came right away. All in all it was a great time!

Destination wedding

We rented this house for a week to attend a wedding in Charleston. It worked great. The ladies wished for a full Length mirror or 2, but that's being picky for a vacation home. 5 min walk to the beach, and beach views from most rooms and decks. Sadly we didn't hit great beach weather, but it's March, and still 20° warmer than new England. 2 miles to downtown Folly Beach, with lots of restaurants and a cpl shops. The house was well equipped with the world's smallest kitchen. Otherwise plenty of room for up to 10 guests

Worst property/management company

Seriously the worst property we have ever stayed at. No internet until day three. They forgot to turn it on. Maintenance guy walked in the house, unannounced, garage sale cookware/dishes. Dishwasher that didn’t clean, bugs everywhere. This was probably a nice property, along time ago. Would not recommend.

1505 Forrest Ave Folly Beach

The house is very spacious overall, but the kitchen is really small. We were doing Thanksgiving and have some cooks, so a bit of a challenge, but it all worked. There are two open living areas and a nice deck on the lower level and two decks on the upper level. One has a crows nest where you have a great view of the ocean. The upstairs bedrooms are really large which worked well for us. We brought our dogs and had plenty of room for the dog crates. The beds were all very comfortable. It was an easy 5 min walk to the beach right at the washout. Traffic might be busier during the summer, but we did not have any problem accessing the beach. Check-in and check-out were easy and any time I had a question prior to our visit, they were answered promptly. We had no issues during our stay. We had plenty of room for people to watch TV and sports, while others engaged in games and puzzles. Overall we really enjoyed this house.
