Great location, small bedroom
Location cannot be beat - everything is within walking distance or a short drive. Excellent customer service. There was live music playing on Main Street which was VERY loud, so if noise is a concern for you, I would book somewhere else. Place was clean and tidy. Bedroom is extremely small, both my husband and I rammed our knees into the footboard (ouch!). No soap dispensers in the kitchen or bathroom which is odd. Low water pressure in the shower. Overall, good value for the money, but there are some quirks.

Very comfortable!
Everything from making the reservation, to check-in, to the entire stay was all that we had hoped for. The rental was very clean and well equipped, and the location was ideal. It really contributed to a fantastic week in Breckenridge!

Vacation Getaway
The condo unit was great, the humidifier was definitely a plus as my husband and I both needed it! The only issues were the toilet after flushing had a lingering noise effect and the condo stayed extremely hot even without heat on.

No luxury @ $350/night!
This condo was very 'Meh". The furnishings & artwork were cheap. We did like having the fireplace, but it was too cold to stay in front of it for long. Some throw blankets would've made it cozy, but there was nothing extra to make this condo feel welcoming or homelike. Communication from Vacasa was confusing. I replied to an email & to a text to try to find out if there was a coffee maker provided as there wasn't one listed in the ad or in the listing's kitchen photos. We actually stopped at a Walmart on the way & bought a cheap CM, but turns out there was one in the unit. Oh, well. We were told by Vacasa via email that we would be provided a code for check in but couldn't get it until we input our vehicle info. Once I input our rental car info, I received "crickets" back. Upon arrival at the Main St Station, we went to a hotel style front desk in the lobby to get swipe cards. By the way, this was the ONLY time during our 3 day stay that we found an employee working at that front desk. Our check out procedures in the Vacasa email explained to leave our door key (which we don't have!) in the door lockbox (which isn't there!) Vacasa did go to the trouble to have secure elevators (requiring guest swipe cards) to access the guest floors, but the dark parking garage felt mighty sketchy. NOISE: The bathroom vent/light fixture sounded like a freight train & needs to be replaced! The lighting in the bathroom was poor, so we had to use the fan light & listen to the racket :( In addition, the toilet constantly cycles for some reason & about every 15 minutes makes a huge plumbing/pipe noise that can be heard in the bedroom and in the living room with the tv on. The condo itself had cleanliness issues - the shower grout was black with mold/mildew & the carpet looked & dingy. On the up side, there was a DEEP tub with plenty of hot water to fill it, plus plenty of storage & counter space in the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was no grab bar provided, so it was a safety issue getting OUT of the tub. Another safety issue in the bedroom: I believe a king mattress set was used on a California King bed, making the frame at the foot of the bed stick out 6-8 inches on each side at shin height (OUCH! Oh, the bruises!) This bedroom was very small, in fact, there is not room to have an open suitcase! We put ours on the chairs in the dining area. The living area stayed on the cool side & as it was 8 degrees outside, we would have appreciated some throw blankets for the couch instead of using 2 of the 4 provided towels. My husband actually used the same 2 towels to make a pillow, because the provided bed pillows & sofa throw pillows were tightly packed with foam, no give at all. The bedroom, however stayed so warm at night that we slept with no covers at all. For $350/night, we expected comfort, nice decor & attention to detail, but clearly, the owners of this unit are not soliciting return guests.
