Great place and great location.

Wanted to get away for spring break with the kids and this was perfect setup with two separate bedrooms. One for the parents and one for the kids. The beach was perfect. The weather was great and the the included umbrella and lounge chairs were greatly appreciated and used everyday. The unit itself is nice and updated and has everything a family of four to six would need. The balcony with lounge chairs and a table for a nice as well.

Baby’s First Beach Trip

We had the best time at Splash Resort. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, fully equipped with all the necessities, and a beautiful oceanfront view. The staff at the location was friendly and the beach was right outside the door. We would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous beachfront condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and has every detail you can imagine from a reclining sofa to USB ports in every room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the condo was spotless. We would definitely recommend this property and hope be able to return some day.

WONDERFUL PLACE

The place is beautiful , just like pictures. The grounds are kept very clean. This condo has everything you would need and then some. I would recommend for family with children. The children will have a blast here. We had amazing sunsets at this location. You are just a few miles to Pier Park and there is a store right on the premises.

Everything was wonderful. We had no issues. The pools were exquisite and having 2 chair everyday on the beach was the way to go. Everything in this unit was as described and I enjoyed cooking in that fantastic kitchen. Ocean view was magnificent. Didn't want to leave the place it felt like home.

The staff over my condo was terrible.

The staff come in my room and went through my things and when i questioned them for being in my room, they suddenly told me my dishwasher didn' t work (IT CLEARLY WORKED FINE!!!) So, they insisted on sending a appliance guy out (after hours ) to fix my unbroken dishwasher, he showed up and went straight to my very well operating dryer and cleaned out my lint tray and LEFT!!! He went no where near the dishwasher that they insisted needed repairs as their excuse when I questioned them being in my bedroom.

Tisha, we are sorry if we failed to notify you about the third-party vendor that was scheduled, however; we are very concerned about the statements in your review, which are inconsistent with the correspondences we had with you via text message. You messaged us to let us know you were not aware of any maintenance orders, that you were uncomfortable with someone accessing the unit while you were not there, and that you had expensive items in the home. This is a valid concern, and miscommunications about scheduled repairs are not our normal standard. What you did not report to us was that someone was in your bedroom and, in fact, going through your belongings. If you had, we would have immediately called the police to file a report. We would like you to please call us so we can have a record of issue and an appropriate resolve. Thank you!

First off.. I’m not getting paid for this review and I don’t know the owners. Honestly, I’m not one to write reviews and have left our last four (yes four) vacations due to the cleanliness of the room or lack thereof. When I say this condo was clean, that comes with some super high standards. Everything was spotless and I instantly felt at home. Needless to say, this is the first vacation we haven’t left early in a long time. Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, it is also PERFECT for a family. The room has updated appliances including a crockpot and air fryer. They also include many wash cloths which with kids is needed. Whoever designed and equipped this condo definitely did it with a family in mind. The kids played with the included puzzles and game boards and discovered what a dvd is. They also loved the kids dishes. The bedding was comfortable, including the bunk beds and the bean bags. Outside on the balcony the chairs and tables were heavy and great quality. We will 100% book again. Also.. they have little cups with the room number for guest to take one home. Such a nice, extra mile item.ZERO Negatives.

Spring break

My husband and I decided to take our kids here for a couple days for spring break. We flew in Thursday morning and asked for early check in. They would not allow even tho check out is 10. I had to wait until 4 only to check in and find dried up food on the floor, sticky floors, the garbage disposal smelled terrible, hair in the sheets on two of the beds, the dishwasher was backed up and the dishes were all dirty ( the ones that were put away ). I don’t usually complain. I’m really easing going but when it comes to cleanliness I’m strict. I wish they would pay more attention to details in the room when it comes to cleaning. The view is pretty. The water in the pools and park was freezing my kids didn’t wanna get in. The staff were all super friendly. Although I probably won’t be returning.
