Perched on a 40-foot cliff, you will see amazing sunsets from the deck or sitting in the hot tub, or take the steps to the beach and the pier for a view right on the water's edge on your private sandy beach. Unlike properties farther to the south, there are NO jelly fish in the water, so swimming is great. Most weekends, you'll see yachts anchored in the distance.
