About this property

The Dogwood Treehouse Above National Park Forests

Summary:

Located 5-minutes from the National Park entrance, this authentic "Treehouse Masters" 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat offers unparalleled forest views, heated/cooled lounging spaces, and peak escapism. Skip the Gatlinburg traffic - head straight to the mountains. After exploring, relax by our babbling creek, cook dinner at the community grills, or gather around the firepit. Inside, enjoy rustic wood interiors, a rainfall shower, and comfy queen beds. A nature-first escape for the true adventurer.

The Space:

Wake up to the sway of the Smoky Mountain trees & the babbling of Norton Creek, a fly-fishing destination on the resort grounds. Designed with a rustic cabin feel, The Dogwood Treehouse has a cozy home-like layout: 1 queen bed, full bathroom with rainfall shower, living space, and quaint kitchenette are on the main floor. Access another queen bed on the loft via a sturdy ladder; we recommend the main-floor queen for those with mobility concerns. Both the loft and main floor have heating/air-conditioning. Extra linens, towels, and pillows provided.

A small, covered porch and open-air porch included, both private and filled with outdoor seating options.

Seclusion + perks of the exclusive resort - shared firepits and swings available to resort guests. Retreat to the shared firepits for s'mores after dinner at the grills.

An Ayres family passion-project that came to life – Built and designed by the “Treehouse Master.”
