Great Location for Winter Break!

Comfortable unit with a peaceful setting. The Spanish Wells (3) nine hole golf courses are well maintained with some challenging holes. The location is close to the beaches, shopping and areas for hiking/ bicycling.

Span ish Wells Condo

This was a very spacious and clean property. The balcony overlooks the third tee of the north course in Spanish Wells. Everything was clean and neat and everything functioned properly with one minor exception (which the owner resolved very quickly). Everything we needed for our three month stay was present in the property. We were a short walk from the neighborhood pool. Spanish Wells location is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, recreation and beaches in Bonita Springs and also near Naples and Fort Meyers. The owner was very pleasant to work with and we would certainly consider renting in the future.

A little piece of paradise!

We had a WONDERFUL time, the rental was clean and felt like home the minute we walked in. The area was beautiful and the people were friendly. I would love to go back every March and maybe April. Thanks for sharing this little piece of paradise!

Unforgettable Stay

My stay was unforgettable. It was one of the most relaxing, enjoyable, and pleasant vacations of my life. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartment had all the accomodations that made us feel at home. I enjoyed the open space, the tasteful decoration, the cleanliness, and the wonderful balcony where we had our morning coffee and watched so many beautiful sunsets. I also liked the quaint shops, great eating areas, and the beaches close by. For me, it was a haven for the soul, and I hope to return soon.
