The cottage NEAR JASMIN offers a beautiful area of ​​50 m2 in a chic and warm style. It consists of a living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with TV, a mezzanine of 15m2 that can serve as second bedroom and a bathroom.

Charming gîte in a beautiful area

A lovely, comfortable gîte, perfect for two, in a beautiful area - you can even see Mont Ventoux from the swimming pool! The amenities are all up-to-date, with a very well-planned kitchen which maximises the use of space. Excellent range of crockery & cutlery, unlike many gîtes in our expeience! The bed is especially comfortable. The swimming pool is superb and very well maintained by the owners who are charming and on hand to answer any questions, but at the same time respect their guests' privacy.

A lovely week in the Provencal sunshine

Neat and tidy. Ideal for two people and OK for four. Pool was good and the garden was private and fine. Beds were good and the bathroom lovely. Sitting area inside was a bit cramped for four people - it was lovely to sit outside but the mosquitos are active at the time of year we were there. The area is superb and we were very lucky to have a solid week of sunshine. Would definitely recommend for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a four.

Wonderful

We love Provence and return here most years. This lovely gite was in Rasteau, home of one of our favourite wines. Rasteau is a very pretty village in the most perfect location. The gite itself is lovely. beautifully furnished with tasteful, restful colour schemes all to a high standard. The bedroom opens onto a lovely garden and the sitting area to a pretty deck. The kitchen is well equipped and everything feels very new. Previous renters have mentioned the lack of washing machine but one is installed and very efficient. The gite is perfectly suited to two people (though there is an additional mezzanine bedroom but the ladder is very steep). The garden is exceptional, very private and beautifully landscaped with jasmine in full flower, and a summer house with cushions for the sun loungers. The garden is sunny but with much needed shady areas under trees. This was a bonus as the temperatures were 30 degrees most days. There is also a full size table and barbeque in the garden, although we didn't use the latter. The front deck is also well set out with jasmine and clematis, and comfortable seating under a pergola. The pool is lovely. It is shared with the owners, who are delightful and totally respect one's privacy but are on hand for any questions. We were also able to park securely in the grounds of the house. We enjoyed our time here very much and plan to return. Thank you M.& Mme Moulin for a perfect week.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Terrassen und einem wunderbaren Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage in Rasteau bietet hervorragende Möglichkeiten, Wanderungen und Radtouren in der Umgebung zu unternehmen. Ein gutes Anti-Mücken-Spray sollte nicht fehlen

Tolles und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schön angelegtem Garten und tollem Pool. Das Dorf ist umgeben von Weinbergen und liegt angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich dort wunderbar entspannen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend; es war für alles gesorgt.Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Gite très cosy et confortable, bien équipé, décoré avec gout et très propre, bénéficiant de 2 terrasses et d'une grande pisicine, situé au calme dans le village de Rasteau entouré par de nombreux vignobles. La région est idéale pour les amateurs de balades pédestres ou a vélo . Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques, accueillants et toujours disponibles . Agréable séjour en Provence

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, un couple sympathique et d'une grande discrétion. Le gîte est meublé avec goût et très fonctionnel, il dispose également d'un petit jardin privatif à l'arrière de la maison. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, très agréable...et le gîte est proche de Vaison la Romaine et d'Orange et de tous les autres sites les plus connus en Provence. Je recommande cette adresse pleine de charme et de tranquillité.

Heerlijk rustige kleine gîte met fijne tuin

We hadden een heerlijke rustige week in Near Jasmin. Het is een kleine gîte maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad lag in/voor de voortuin van de bewoners. Aangezien zij vaak afwezig waren voelde dat heel privé.

Ruhe und Entspannung für zwei.

Eine Woche der Ruhe in malerischer Umgebung. Herzliche Gastgeber in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, die die Privatsphäre respektieren. Großer Garten mit Terrasse hinter dem Appartement zur Alleinnutzung (viel größer als aus der Beschreibung ersichtlich). Auf die mangelnde Infrastruktur im Ort (z.B. kein Bäcker) muss man sich einstellen. Dafür wird man durch die malerische Landschaft belohnt.

Een zalig stukje Provence..

In één woord : fantastisch! Het huisje heeft alle voorzieningen, er is een zalig zwembad, er zijn verschillende leuke terrasjes in de tuin en het is er super rustig De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk, je kan hen niets misvragen maar je hebt toch je privacy. Het is ook een uitstekende uitvalsbasis om de omliggende wijnstadjes te ontdekken, met steeds zicht op de Ventoux en Les Dentelles. Echt een verblijf om aan te bevelen.

voorjaarsvakantie 2023, Zuid Frankrijk.

De accommodatie is zeer goed uitgerust met echt alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke en onbezorgde vakantie. Zelfs een Senseoapparaat ontbreekt niet! Het bed slaapt uitstekend en de badkamer is voorzien van een heerlijke douche. Aan de achterzijde van het app. is een grote tuin met ligstoelen, die geheel privé is voor de gasten. Aan de voorzijde is een fijn zwembad, waar je vanaf het terras zicht op hebt. De auto parkeer je op eigen terrein. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Met de eigenaar kun je in het Engels goed communiceren. Rasteau is een goede uitval plek om de prachtige omgeving en de steden te verkennen. Al met al zeer aanbevelenswaardig!

Agréable gîte dans un environnement soigné

Très agréable séjour ressourçant dans ce beau gîte à la propreté et décoration soignées .Accueil chaleureux , calme bien apprécié . Le jardin, les terrasses et la piscine offrent un bel environnement . Nombreuses balades et découvertes aux alentours . Difficile de partir mais c est pour mieux y revenir .

Excellent séjour dans le Vaucluse!

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes, discrets et de bon conseil. Le gîte est très cosy, très propre et décoré avec goût. La piscine est très agréable même en ce début d'automne, météo au top ! La région est magnifique, randonnées pédestres à profusion, balades vélo à travers les jolis villages classés et les vignobles. Nous partagerons cette charmante adresse et nous y reviendrons! Au calme

La location est conforme à l'annonce, les propriétaires sont très accueillants,l'espace extérieur réservé aux locataires est très bien aménagé. La région permet beaucoup de ballades à pied ou en vélo. Séjour agréable et reposant.
