House located at the entrance of the Gulf of Morbihan, 35km from Vannes (56) in a small residential area about 100m from the sea.
On the ground floor: Dining room, living room, independent kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave) WC, shower with washbasin.
In the garage: washing machine, sink, barbecue WEBER, fridge and mini-freezer.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with bed of 1.40 m with pillow and blanket.
1 bedroom with 1 bed of 0. 90 m with pillow and blanket.
Bathroom with sink, tub, toilet cleaner, iron and ironing board.
Outside: Enclosed garden.
Terrace with garden furniture and parasol, lawn.
Nearby (- 300 m):
Beaches, playground for children, supermarket, Port of St Jacques, sailing school.
On request: Possibility to have an umbrella bed, a stroller (Mc Laren) and a high chair.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday
The house will be fully repainted in February 2019.

Emplacement ideal
Maison soignée, sympa et fonctionnelle. La proximité immédiate de la mer est tres pratique. Les enfants ont passé leur temps sur un terrain de jeu dans la résidence, nickel !

Quartier calme, la proximité immédiate de la plage, c'est nickel
Le fait que les enfants puissent jouer dans la résidence est tres appéciable.
On a pu faire beaucoup de choses à vélo et tres peu utiliser la voiture

localisation et commodités idéales en famille
A deux pas de la mer, maison agréable avec toutes les commodités pour une petite famille. Place de parking ainsi que places disponibles pour les visiteurs, très appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

Location de bord de mer très sympathique
Jolie maison dans une résidence calme, proche de la mer, idéale pour des vacances en famille. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité, ce qui permet de passer des vacances sans prendre la voiture.Plage surveillée à quelques minutes à pieds. Location à recommander...nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir
