Holiday Villa in Calpe (costa Blanca) With Private Pool and Close to the Sea

DISTRIBUTION: This single level villa is ideal for a family. You enter the villa through an open arched naya/terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating with views of the pool. From the naya you enter the lounge/dining room which has local and satellite TV (39' HD) including many European and English (Freesat) channels. The lounge has air conditioning. This leads through an archway to the hall with access to three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioning and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size double bed and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds and air conditioning. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped independent kitchen has a back door leading out to the rear terrace with table and chairs. This terrace also overlooks the pool. A safe is provided. Fast free WiFi internet is available.

EXTERIOR: The 850m2 villa gardens are beautifully planted with olive and orange trees, shrubs and plants. There are areas where you can sit in the shade on hot sunny days. A long open driveway leads to the house with ample parking.

SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet area of Calpe with views of the Penon de Ifach and glimpses of the sea. The safe and sandy La Fossa beach is a 15 minute walk away. The Penon de Ifach can be explored with magnificent views from the top. The pretty Old Town is also well worth a visit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the port are all close by. It is a 30 minute drive to Benidorm and a 20 minute drive to Moraira, Altea and El Portet. Lots of areas to walk and picnic and many other activities in Calpe which is a thriving town with a Saturday market and mid-week rastro (flea market). The beautiful coastline and Jalon valley are there to explore by car if you wish.

Location propre et conforme à nos attentes

Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenu et la carte. De nombreuses choses sont fournies contrairement à certaines locations où il n’y a aucun produits de base. Prévoir quand même du sel et du poivre. Il y a un pylône électrique qui grésille à côté de la piscine ce qui est un peu stressant au début mais on oubli vite sa présence. Le terrain est très grand et propre, il est bien isolé du regard des voisins quand nous sommes dans la piscine ou sur les terrasses qui sont très agréables elles aussi car il y en a toujours une à l’ombre. Une entreprise est venue 2 fois dans la semaine pour entretenir la piscine. Petit bémol: le portail est surélevé par endroit, attention si vous avez un petit chien. Il est manuel, ce qui fait que n’importe qui peut facilement rentrer dans la propriété. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil le jour de notre arrivée.

Goede comunicatie met homeaway ..ook na een Klein misverstand ivm e-mail adres .maar deze werd telefonisch opgelost..ook goed contact met huiseigenaar via e-mail....wat well in het engels is...

Fijn huis in rustige omgeving loopafstand tot strand en supermarkten

Het huis heeft verrassend veel ruimte en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco in woonkamer maar niet nodig gehad door plaatsing op de windrichting. Kamers hebben plafond ventilatoren en insectenhorren in de ramen. Fijn zwembad en ligbedden. Contact met de eigenaar verloopt soepel en snel indien nodig. Kortom we komen vast nog een keer terug.
