Our light and spacious apartment, set over 2 floors, is situated in a private gated community just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach. Burriana is the most popular beach of Nerja famed for its many bars, shops, restaurants and beach side chiringuitos as well a wide selection of water sport activities

The apartment has a large living/dining room with a comfortable seating area & an extending dining table.There is a large flat screen tv showing BBC1,2,3,4 ITV 1,2,3,4 Channels 4 & 5 & also Spanish channels. This leads via patio doors on to a south facing sun filled terrace with a table and chairs perfect for enjoying breakfast or a well deserved glass of wine.
The apartment has the benefit of Wi-Fi & air conditioning throughout.
The well equipped kitchen has marble surfaces, a built in cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine & microwave. On this floor there is a new second bathroom, which features a walk in rain shower and sink with vanity unit.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, plenty of storage and doors out to a lovely Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has full size twin beds & fitted wardrobes.
The recently re-fitted first floor bathroom also has a walk in rain shower, sink with vanity unit and heated towel rail.
The apartment has an allocated private underground parking space, a large beautifully maintained garden area and most importantly, use of the shared swimming pool.

Burriana Beach has over 30 restaurants and bars and if you would like a slightly longer walk, Nerja town centre (including the famous Balcon de Europe) with its gorgeous traffic free cobbled streets and vast array of shops restaurants and bars is a mere 15 minutes' walk.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and there is a large grocery store within walking distance. The hosts very kindly left us some welcome gifts — wine, beer, water — which we really appreciated on our first night after our long flight. Several restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood. Both the hosts and their property manager were very responsive to our inquiries before and after we arrived. The guest binder included some very helpful maps, instructions, and other tips. We didn’t use the on-site parking ourselves, but it would be very handy if you have a car. We would highly recommend this property!

Family holiday

Lovely apartment, very spacious and in a good location. Only 10 min walk to the beach, and approx 20 min walk to the town centre.Very clean and tidy and includes everything we needed. Also made use of the parking space available. The swimming pool is good too.We’d definitely recommend to others and would visit again.

Nice apartment in a good area. Not in the old town if that is what you would prefer (a twenty minute walk) but very close to Burriana Beach.

Great apartment and fabulous location

We had a fabulous May half term week staying at this really lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Location was superb, a quick and easy walk to Burriana beach with lovely bars, restaurants and shops. The walk into the centre of Nerja was great (although for the less able it’s quite steep) and well worth it for the abundance of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as being a very pretty town. All in all a wonderful holiday and will definitely return at some point!

Relaxing stay in Nerja

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in a lovely gated complex with pool. Situation was perfect, easy walk to beach which offered restaurants and shops. Approximately 15 minute walk into the beautiful town of Nerja.

Fantastic Trip!!!

We had a fantastic trip to Nerja, made even better by the apartment! Location was fantastic, apartment was clean & well equipped & the grounds were lovely, we even braved the pool!!! The only downside was that we were only there for 5 days as could’ve easily stayed longer! Booked very last minute but everything we needed was there for us! Hope to visit again x

We have stayed in this property before , returning this time for our daughter's wedding in Nerja- perfect location for beach and town and ideal as our base- we had a wonderful times with friends and family staying nearby. Communication with owner and management was excellent

This apartment was great. Very clean and well maintained, nicely decorated and furnished with all modern apliances and everything you would need for a holiday. Balcony was nice and communal grounds very well maintained. Excellent heated pool which the kids loved. Great location only 5 minutes walk to burrianna beach and only 10 minutes walk into beautiful Nerja town. Had a such fantastic stay we have booked again for next year!

Amazing Nerja

Our second trip to Nerja and first using this facility Our host was incredibly helpful in planning our visit, and provided some great tips and recommendations when there Location of the apartment is brilliant, well placed for beach, Nerja town and supermarket Apartment was clean and well planned, great for a family of 4. 5 Star Apartment

Fantastic apartment - spacious and very clean with modern furniture and all necessary bits and bobs left in - not just a normal empty apartment. Only downside is hilly walking especially to the old town.

Summer holiday

This is a lovely property, in a clean and quiet urbanisation. As stated it is near the beach and not far from 2 large supermarkets. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and additional bed on the landing was useful for our teenagers to have some space.

Simply perfect in every way!

This is the second time we have stayed and it is to the extremely high standards as we have come to expect. Perfect location, layout and amenities. It is a home from home, well worth getting an online Mercandona delivery. This made the property even easier to enjoy, as we said last time, we just we we owned it!

Great apartment

Lovely apartment, very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, towells etc. Nice balcony and good air con. A 5 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and bars, a 9 minute drive into the centre of Nerja, 20 minute walk back mostly downhill. Parking is useful to have, but would suggest a small car as the car park is a bit tight - but we found it very handy to have.

Couldn’t be happier, property was as exactly as advertised. Spacious, super clean with everything you could ask for. Lovely area only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Peacefully quite and very well equipped. Highly recommended for a family. Lovely pool area , towels , beach umbrellas etc all supplied for your convenience.

Absolutely perfect, great find

First time at this property and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was in a great location in close proximity to Burriana Beach with several good restaurants, and supermarkets walking distance. Nerja Centre a scenic walk (around 25 minutes) from the apartment. The apartment, its literally home from home with everything you need. The apartment has underground parking, which is a bonus. Communication with the host was great both before and during out visit. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Thank you Gill we had a wonderful time.

Excellent property

Location great, 5 mins walk to beach and 15 minute walk to town. Very clean and well looked after apartment. Very well equiped. Really appreciated the welcome pack and the tea/coffee etc. Underground parking a bonus too (parking a nightmare everywhere on this coast). The manager John very responsive, helped us out twice (thanks!)

We live in Buckinghamshire and have been travelling throughout Europe hoping to find somewhere that we would be happy to return to. We had almost given up when we discovered Nerja & haven't looked back since.

Why they chose this property

We first visited Nerja in September 2014 & absolutely fell in love with the area, which is why we purchased our apartment in May 2015. We have made a number of improvements to the apartment including air conditioning, a new bathroom & large patio doors opening onto the terrace. We will try to spend as much time as possible there but are both still working in the UK.
