To welcome your family or friends, we invite you to stay in this lovely 130m² house located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile. You will appreciate the quality of the place and its facilities, where nothing has been left to chance. At the back of the house, there is a garden ideal for relaxing after your seaside walks. A tip? Go and discover the different beaches on the island, each with its own atmosphere and character.



130 m² house tastefully and modernly furnished in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île which has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9 people. It has an enclosed garden, garden furniture and a barbecue, Internet access via Wi-Fi and two televisions, an iron, a hairdryer and outdoor parking. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.

Maison tres belle au calme avec tout le confort. Tres belle décoration. Nous allions a pied a Noirmoutier. Petit bemol il manque un wc car pour 10, 1 seul wc ca fait juste. Je recommande cette localisation

Le jardin, les équipements ++, literie très agréable, surface de la maison absolument parfaite pour 8-9 personnes, proximité au centre et calme absolu Chaleur à l'étage (mais lié aux conditions météos esceptionnelles), une seule toilette (mais idem, pas facile à changer)

Séjour familial très agreable

Je suis une fidèle cliente chez ABRITEL A Noirmoutier, très belle maison 9 personnes, de l’espace, très bien équipée. Cependant l’annonce ABRITEL spécifiait 2 salles de bains avec WC et 1 WC séparé avec lavabo. Sur place : 1WC séparé sans lavabo, 1 salle d’eau complète sans WC, une douche et un lavabo dans une chambre mais pas de WC et un lavabo à l’étage et toujours d’autre WC. Réalité : un seul WC 9 personnes ceci ne correspondant pas avec le réel. Quand je réserve chez ABRITEL je regarde toujours le descriptif afin de choisir ce qui me convient. Cette fois-ci j’ai été trompée par un descriptif malhonnête. J’ai encore une réservation en Espagne chez ABRITEL mais c’est la dernière fois.
