Villa Lola Jávea is a construction of a plant of 145m2 faithful to the architectural style of the area. Its interior is decorated to enhance its simplicity and brightness: the dining room, which is accessed directly from the porch, is open, relaxed and welcoming, in blue and white tones and with many decorative objects of marine air, with which it has been wanted to make a nod to the Mediterranean. Its 3 rooms (one of them type suite) have a different style, but in each of them the mixture of furniture and objects of family heritage and decorative design elements is repeated, creating unique spaces destined to rest and comfort.

2 rooms have double beds and the remaining bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom suite also has a sofa bed. On request, cot, highchair and baby bath are available.

The bathrooms (two, one of them in the suite) and the kitchen have a modern and functional design in the best qualities.

Your modern fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completes this charming villa: combi fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, iron for clothes and table.

The house is surrounded by a plot of 800 m2 that you can make the most of: Relax and enjoy the freshness of its garden with lawn and private 8x4 pool during the day and also at night thanks to its charming night lighting. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch and sunbathe and read comfortably at the edge of the pool if you wish, as the villa has a barbecue and garden furniture.

For the safety of small children and animals, a fence has been installed around the pool.
