It stands on a mountain near the cobalt blue sea, above the entrance to the Zingaro Nature Reserve, one of the most suggestive protected areas of Sicily. The panorama that can be admired from the garden and from the external swimming pool of the house is breathtaking: the blue expanse of the sea as far as the eye can see, the infinite sky, the green of the dwarf palms along the coast, characteristic vegetation of the Reserve. There is no better antidote to stress than losing your gaze along the blue horizon, breathing in the sea breeze and letting go of all thoughts: at Villa Tramonto you will truly be on holiday!
The house is surrounded by a large garden with Mediterranean vegetation and a pine forest. On the side of the sea there is a small raised outdoor pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing while contemplating the landscape.
The house is very fresh and bright, entering you can breathe the atmosphere of the sea enhanced by the combination of white and blue. Inside there is a comfortable living room (with a sofa bed for two people) and large windows which leads to the lush garden, the dining area with table and chairs, the delicious kitchen decorated with blue tiles and equipped with all comforts ( dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine). In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms, one with sea view and a bathroom in the bedroom, and another bathroom with shower.
