We really enjoyed the property, it was spacious enough for our group and we were really happy to have a place that we could go to stay cool!We thought everything was family friendly and clean. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host with the treats they provided for us and for reaching out to make sure everything was going well.

We absolutely loved this place! It was clean and beautiful! We held our family reunion here and it was perfect! There were 26 of us and we had plenty of room. The yard was gorgeous and there were lots of activities for us to do. We will be back!

This was one of the very best VRBOs we have ever stayed at! The host was vey quick and responsive with all my questions. The house was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The home was even better than we anticipated from the description and pictures. Incredible yard, patio areas, playground, and even goats and wild turkeys to see. The location was perfect and so close to everything we wanted. Space with lots of rooms and comfortable king beds for everyone was a plus. And the icing on the cake was being welcomed with homemade bread and jam and a delicious assortment of homemade cookies. Great location and great hospitality - highly recommend this property. If we need a St George location again, we’ll definitely book here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay - the home was clean and spacious enough for all 20 of us. The theater room was so fun as well as the kids loved the games in the garage, the play equipment out back and the goats and horses over the fence. The kitchen had all the tools, pots and pans, etc. we needed to prepare all of our meals. We loved it so much we want to return in future years!

The host was so welcoming and left treats and yummy bread and jam. It is a beautiful home with so many things for families to do. Theatre room, game room, hot tub, basketball court, fire pit, play areas and so many animals to enjoy. Beautiful place so grateful I got to stay here and make memories.

Excellent home for a large family gathering or a group of golfers. Home was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities that you usually don’t receive at many VRBOs. The host was replied to any questions in a very timely manner and we had a chance to meet. When we arrived there were homemade cookies, bread and jam. What an awesome touch. Would highly recommend this listing.

We had an amazing stay at this home with our large family. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out comfortably, and everything was very clean and well-maintained.One of the most thoughtful touches was arriving to fresh cookies and bread on the table—it made us feel welcome right away. The amenities were fantastic, especially the hot tub, theater room, and the games set up in the garage, which kept everyone entertained.The location was perfect for our trip—about an hour from Zion National Park. We spent a day there renting e-bikes, and some of our group even secured permits for Angels Landing, which was a highlight of the trip.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow, Cottonwood Crossing Retreat is one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at (and we stay at a lot of them)! I don’t even know where to begin. Jason was a wonderful host…thoughtful, responsive and treats his guests very well (including homemade goodies ). The home was a perfect setting for our group. We had 17 people, but alot room for more. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or gather together. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and very clean. The location is quiet, but close to everything. Thanks Jason for sharing this gem with us. We hope o see you again!

Great family property

We loved all of the large bedrooms and comfortable beds. There were so many fun extra surprises, toys, and treats. Our kids of all ages enjoyed their stay too. We’d definitely rent this property again.
