The Adelaide Villa was the perfect base for our multi‑generational trip. The villa itself is beautiful, with a great pool and a fantastic location for exploring Royan and surrounding area. Stephanie was an attentive host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful place!

We had such a fantastic time - the house is beautiful, the location is great and the pool was a delight. Stephanie is a lovely host and made us feel so welcome - we would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day!

Interesting house in an excellent location

Stayed here for a special family celebration. Villa is in a terrific location and has an interesting history. Close to everything - beach, shops, restaurants. Host was very nice and available to help with any issues that arose.

We were a large group (21 people, 12 adults, 9 children under 9) and the Villa was perfect. Each of the rooms were of an excellent standard and as shown in the pictures. The children loved the pool and the other activities on site (boule, table football, table tennis) and the large kitchen dining space worked really well. The location is fantastic, walkable to the beach in 5 minutes and the other amenities are really convenient (bars, restaurants, boulangerie, mini golf). Stephanie was very responsive in the lead up to and during the stay. She met us in person at check in and answered any small questions we had during the stay almost immediately. I would highly recommend Villa Adelaide to any larger groups looking for a seaside stay in France. Many thanks again Stephanie for our wonderful stay.

J'ai loué la villa à l'occasion de mes trente ans. Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end. Nous étions une vingtaine de personnes et tout le monde a pu dormir confortablement avec son intimité. L'espace cuisine est remarquable, il permet de cuisiner tous ensemble, et les 2 laves-vaisselles ne sont pas de trop. Stéphanie est joignable facilement via WhatsApp si il y a un soucis. Elle a été très arrangeante sur notre horaire de sortie, ce qui nous a permis de profiter sans pression. La qualité de l'aménagement, des mobiliers, et des équipements pour ce type de location grand format est vraiment à souligner.

Comme je vous l'ai dit, pour ranger vos courses, vous avez à votre disposition des espaces vides dans la cuisine qui est réputée pour être très bien équipée pour cuisiner (faitouts, poêles, saladiers en grands nombres, nécessaire barbecue, ...). Pour la Wifi, peut-être avez-vous eu des problèmes de connections. Concernant les salles de bains, elles sont rénovées et propres mais peut-être n'est-ce pas le standing attendu. En étant informée, j'aurai pu intervenir lors de votre séjour afin de répondre à tous vos besoins. N'hésitez pas à me solliciter lors de votre prochain passage à Adélaïde.

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour des groupes. Vous passerez de bons moments autour de la piscine ou en allant à la mer qui se situe seulement quelques pas. Pour finir, Stéphanie a été disponible du début jusqu'à la fin pour répondre toujours très rapidement à nos sollicitations. Bref, je recommande la maison et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

Nous avons passé 4 jours et trous nuits à 18 adultes dans cette grande maison confortable super bien située, proche de la plage et du casino et dans un quartier agréable. Sur les 10 chambres certaines ont vu sur mer et salle de bain privée et toutes ont une très bonne literie. Nous avons eu un excellent contact et accueil avec les propriétaires, toujours à notre écoute et très disponibles.

Un WE inoubliable !

La villa, très récemment rénovée, est tout simplement splendide et parfaitement équipée pour accueillir +25 personnes ! Les chambres sont confortables, la cuisine très fonctionnelle avec sa grande table comme pièce maîtresse autour de laquelle on a adoré se rassembler. Nous avons pu profiter du vaste jardin pour déjeuner (barbecue), jouer (palet, pétanque) ou se relaxer, notamment autour de la piscine chauffée. Sans oublier la situation parfaite, à 5min à pied des commerces (boulangerie, restos) et de la plage de Pontaillac. Seul bémol : il n'y avait pas suffisamment de charbon pour le BBQ et ne nous en sommes rendus compte qu'au moment de l'allumer. La propriétaire, très agréable, est ultra disponible, très réactive et à l'écoute des besoins. Elle a largement contribué à faire de notre WE en famille et avec les amis un séjour inoubliable !

Magnifique villa

La maison est magnifique ,spacieuse et très bien située ,proche de la plage,des commerces . Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.La piscine a fait le bonheur de tous. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et une disponibilité appréciable et nous en remercions Madame Chambelland-Godié. Seul petit bémol pour nous, difficile de manger à 24 personnes à l’extérieur.

Séjour PARFAIT

Stephanie nous accueillis personnellement à notre arrivée. La communication avec elle avant notre séjour a toujours été fluide et les informations très complètes. La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos ! Les équipements de cuisine sont parfaitement adaptés au nombre de couchage. La literie est de qualité. La piscine est parfaite. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous n’avons que des éloges à faire sur cette location et recommandons vraiment cette adresse. Encore merci Stéphanie.

Superbe week-end entre amis !

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour entre amis dans la villa Adélaïde. La Villa est magnifique et super-equipée. Les chambres sont confortables et la cuisine très fonctionnelle, la piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien dans cette maison. Quand à la propriétaire, elle a été très réactive, disponible et arrangeante. Merci madame Chambelland-Godié pour votre accueil. Une maison magique, un accueil merveilleux

Séjour sur un long Week end entre amis. La maison Adélaïde est juste sublime. Elle est décorée avec goût. Elle offre vraiment toutes les fonctions que l on peut attendre. Mention spéciale à Stéphanie C. qui a l'écoute de ses guests et qui fait preuve d une réactivité sans faille ! A refaire sans aucun doute !
