Great family space

Very clean, spacious, & comfortable. The check in process was very easy & instructions for check out were thorough & clear. Would definitely book with this host again.

The place is in an excellent location, beautiful views of the beach, and a great pool right off the ocean. Unfortunately the room was not very clean, I was given the wrong code to access the main entry door after 10pm so was caught outside waiting for a random person to come out so that I could re-enter. At checkout they are requiring sheets be removed, towels in a certain place, and other cleaning requirements. I wouldn't mind, but that doesn't set right with me on top of paying a cleaning fee also.

Nice,comfortable, and clean. Small things could use some attention, like bathroom sink faucet needed to be tightened so it didnt move. I think overall it was a nice stay.

I believe we may have been the first renters of the season as there were some cobwebs, the balcony looked like things had been spilled but was never washed off. The patio doors to the balcony were difficult to open and close ( noting this is ocean front and salt air deteriorates metal )
