About this property

Lake Taupo greatness...

Our Great Bach is located near the end of a beautiful cul de sac, just off SH1 near Waitetoko/Te Rangi-ita. It is just one row back from a large, grassy domain and not even a minutes walk to the lake edge and beach. The bach is ideally suited to 1 or 2 families with bedrooms on both floors, and an extra lavatory and laundry downstairs. Views of the lake from the private balcony, which is furnished with BBQ and table and chairs. Wonderful location and great atmosphere. Boat ramps in close proximity and easily accessible. Easy to anchor boat on the beach which is just a hop, skip and a jump from the bach.

Easy fishing access to the Tauranga-Taupo River and only a short drive to the Tongariro River.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn the water pump and hotwater off at the switchboard.
If you have used the BBQ, please ensure it is clean and covered.
Please ensure the outside umbrella not left on the BBQ table outside, and instead is brought inside. Please make sure sliding doors to balcony are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take all rubbish with you when you leave - either by placing in the yellow rubbish bag and putting kerbside, or physically with you.
If you break something, please just let us know.
No smoking or vaping allowed.

Great location, not too far from Taupo central and literally stone's throw from the lake. Well-kept clean house that can easily accommodate a large family. Two living spaces to relax in with plenty of DVDs to keep young ones occupied. Accommodating hosts, easy to communicate and no dramas.

Lakeside get-away

Great property with good views across Lake Taupo. All facilities you need for a sneaky get-away. Proximity to state highway makes for easy access with the only downside being the road noise from passing trucks.
