Family Fun will happen here in Reilly Ave, - with loads of room to move around inside and out, great indoor outdoor flow. Reserve and children's playground 50 metres down the road. Bring the family dog too.

The living areas are newly refurbished! Newly painted walls, new flooring in dining and kitchen, New kitchen!

3 bedrooms inside, large master bedroom.

4th bedroom inside integral garage, comprising, 3 single beds

Separate bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet .... and ..... en suite with shower, toilet and vanity.

Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Perfect for children, family fun and creating memories.

Great indoor/outdoor flow.

Reilly Ave is a quiet safe street, with reserve, big enough for several games of cricket and children's playground 50 metres down road.

We have a huge cupboard full of children's toys including jigsaw puzzles, board games, blocks. Children's bikes and 2 kayaks.

No noise after 11pm. If you are looking for a house to party in, please look somewhere else, this is a large family home in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.
Special conditions:
- No smoking or vaping in the house.
- Noise restrictions. No loud noise after 11pm.
- No parties
- Don't pick fruit off the trees. Sure, use a lemon, lime or 2 during your stay but don't pick to take away.

Debbie truly set the standard for exceptional hosting, providing a flawless experience from start to finish.This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, but its proximity to Mercury Baypark Arena made it the perfect base for our trip. We're excited to say a new kitchen will be going in this year along new flooring. Unfortunately we can't stop guests from ripping the wallpaper in the hall. The carpets are worn but are cleaned monthly. :)

Fabulous house, great for teams or multiple whānau as there is so much space and has absolutely EVERYTHING you need. We've stayed here multiple times with athletes from the Oceans Junior Surf nationals and it was perfect for our wee team and supporters.

Well placed to have some space from the hectic life in the Mount but easy access to get in. the house is much bigger than you would expect and offers a nice outdoor space to enjoy on a sunny day. We would certainly stay here again

We purchased Reilly Ave and furniture from Mavis who retired to a Rest Home. We like to call it Mavis's house.

I travel through to BOP for work every month and use the house as a base. The rest of the time it's available as a short term rental.

Our cleaner Jan ensures it's properly cleaned/inspected between visits.
