This is a great option for family holiday makers. With four bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people you can bring the whole family along, including the pet! The front and back lawn are fully fenced and well secured with gates on either side of the house. The large back yard is child friendly with a playground set and trampoline to keep them entertained.
There is great indoor/outdoor flow with decks and seating off both the front entrance and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, along with a gas BBQ available for use. Double glazed windows and *ducted central heating ensures you are cozy warm in winter.
The master bedroom features a king bed and full en-suite. Bedroom two has a queen bed, the kids bedroom has a set of bunk beds, and there is one queen bed in the fourth bedroom. A porta-cot and highchair are provided on site for the little ones.
With double garaging and plenty of off street parking for cars and the boat. Just a short stroll down the footpath and on to Kaiuru street you will find a fantastic children's park, as well as a walkway that is a shortcut to the Taupo Riverside Park and town centre.
This is a modern Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable privately owned home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupō. For this reason, there may be a level of personal belongings.
*The central heating is not a heat pump so it is for heating only, not cooling.
**This property is pet friendly, maximum of 1 small to medium dog. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their pets at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Let us know in the comments section of your booking if you are intending to bring a dog.
NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels) or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $15 per person, please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted and are liable for any damages to the property. We have a strict no party policy (large groups, hens, stags etc.) and do not allow functions or large gatherings.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. Respect for neighbours regarding noise and cars must be considered, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without refund if we receive complaints.
All guests are your responsibility so please take care and parental supervision is required for all children at all times, especially around stairs, balconies, water and fires. The holiday home is not to be used as a function venue, events or activity that involve a larger number of people than stated on the maximum occupancy.
All homes are privately owned, please treat them with respect and if an incident/damage happens, report it ASAP so it can be repaired or replaced. For damages be aware that your credit card will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were on arrival. You will have paid a compulsory cleaning fee which covers a general service clean. If the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $40.00 per hour for this.
If you use a BBQ it must be left clean, if not a $40.00 fee will be charged for cleaning.
ALL rubbish must be removed from throughout the property on your departure; failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of $40.00 for labour and council disposal fees. This property has a pre-paid bin available for your use, specific rubbish details are at the property.
The property must be left secure and safe upon your departure. Please check all windows, doors and appliances including heaters, electric blankets, elements, and sockets before you leave the property.
