LAKEHOUSE WAITANGI COMFORTABLE FAMILY LOCKWOOD ON THE WATERFRONT WITH JETTY

Lakeside Lockwood house with all day sun on level site with easy access. Wide views of lake and mountain, 2 flights of steps down to lake to own deep water jetty. I also have an often available Lake Tarawera waterfront Lockwood property that sleeps 11 with a new jetty. It may be beneficial to have a second look using my name Norman Donald and 2 lakes, as an alternative, if you get my drift here. Good swimming and fishing. Abundant bird life on property.

3 bedrooms. 1 Queen bed in main room. 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each (the 3rd bedroom has 2 king singles). Extra beds can be assembled in garage, (one double and 2 single beds) This involves wheeling a dinghy on a trailer outside and the BBQ, rolling out a carpet and setting up the beds. (But only suitable in summer months) Extra's over 6 only by special arrangement with the manager. A tent may be pitched on the lawn over the summer months, but extra charges would apply for the extra persons. DOGS NOT ALLOWED.

Washing machine and clothes dryer.
Bath with shower over.
2 toilets
Microwave, fridge, additionald freezer.
Pot-belly fireplace and firewood.
TV,
Must take your own linen including sheets, pillowslips, towels, and tea towels.
Visitors to tidy and clean and leave the property as found.
