***** Simply Stunning II *****

This modern, highly appointed, architecturally designed house is ready to be enjoyed.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms your group will have plenty of space. Fantastic lake and mountain views are available from all living areas. Close proximity to large playing fields and playgrounds will be great for guests with children.
High Speed Wifi (fibre connection ) for business or pleasure and Smart TV.
The house offers generous open plan living through the lounge, dining and kitchen area which flows out onto a balcony and courtyard. The views from the balcony are magic. The double garage offers generous parking with further off street parking available (for cars or boats).

Heating consists of a Wood Fire and two heat pumps.

Centrally located, only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.

Can comfortably accomodate two families.

Situated right behind our other property "Simply Stunning I", subject to availability, larger groups could book both houses and accomodate up to 17 guests.

Just perfect

We booked the house for a family reunion, from the moment you walk in the door it is breathtaking. Our stay in this incredible house created so many happy memories. Good location and functionally good

The location is good looking out over Wanaka district, the lake and the mountains. The property also looks directly over the local school which can be noisey and busy during school hours. The house is functionally good regarding space and amenity however its finishes are tired. Some light bulbs were broken, the walls in thoroughfares were very marked and dirty - needs re-painting - and the garage interior was unfinished from the original build. The cleaning was not good. On arrival, the bench tops surfaces, cabinets and interior windows were 'wiped over' at best but still showing the previous tenants handprints and wipe marks. The fire place was filthy and not stocked with ready to use wood. We left the house cleaner, and re-stocked with cut firewood near the fireplace, on departure than on our arrival. The owner was very good and supplied additional cleaning aides to use during our stay. A small amount of investment to refresh the interior and a new cleaning contract would bring this place back up to a very good option to stay.

Awesome living space with great views. Having 2 bathrooms with the house full was a blessing. Bunk beds and stretcher a little small for the age of our kids and their friends (a group of 17 year old boys) but the window seats in the lounge were fantastic for snoozing on. Really well equiped kitchen and extra fridge in the garage was such a bonus. Great to have a garage to house bikes etc. Communication with host fantastic - easily accessible and responsive.

Awesome get-away

The house was fabulous we loved the location...just a quick walk through reserve to get to town. The heating was great having options to either use heat pump or fire... especially for us when we don't have a fire so it was a novelty. Overall would recommend this property to anyone and would love to come back again.

We were in Wanaka for our daughters wedding and we absolutely loved the house. Our friends rented Simply Stunning 1 which was handy to all be close together.
