Stunning Cliff-top Retreat with views over Tasman Bay. Close to Beach & City!
'The Cliffs' is located atop Nelson's Magazine Point where stunning tree-topped cliffs drop to the sea. The home is set back from the cliff overlooking lawn, garden and bush straight into the sparkling waters of Tasman Bay, with an intimate view over Fifeshire Rock and Haulashore Island and a panoramic outlook that takes in the coastline of the Abel Tasman, the mountains of Kahurangi National Park and the Tasman Sea in the distance!
One of the few homes in the area that offers great views and a flat site, the house is oriented to the North and enjoys fantastic all day sun and warmth as well as easy access and parking.
You will love the feel of this spacious home... There are 3 bedrooms all with excellent sea views and light: Master with Design Mobel + Ecosa King Bed and Ensuite Bathroom with Shower, Toilet and Vanity, Bedroom 2 with Design Mobel King Bed, and Bedroom 3 with King Single Bunks plus a fold-out child's mattress by request. The main bathroom offers Bath and Separate Shower. There is a separate toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cook-top, espresso coffee machine with grinder and a full range of cookware and appliances including double dishdrawer dishwasher.
The kitchen dining and living areas are open planned yet distinct, all open to the covered verandah with extendable sunshade awnings and seating. Outdoor dining with sun umbrella, sun chairs and there is a large gas BBQ.
For entertainment, there is a large Sony Smart TV in the living area with your favourite Apps, DVD player with a movie collection and Ultra Fast Fibre Broadband WiFi is provided. There is also an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot for music etc, board games and book collection for your enjoyment.
From the property, it is a lovely walk to the restaurants, to the look-out at the top of the hill or to the beach.
