Large Well-Appointed Holiday Home Close to Lake

Well appointed holiday home very close to lake. The large deck and outdoor seating provide an awesome area for large groups. Dining table seats 12 comfortably and theres a second lounge for kids/teenagers. The deck provides lake views and the house is only 150 meters from the lake edge. The walking/cycle path will take you all the way to town without touching the main road. Great for kids!! 15 minutes walk along the lake path there are cafes with great coffee, wood fired pizza or full lunch service. The house has a large section with off-street parking for cars and boats. The main house has 3 bedrooms and the attached flat 2 bedrooms. The flat in retro style and rather cute. There is plenty of room for 2 or 3 families. There are 9 beds (3 x queen and 6 x single). The second lounge in the flat can be used as a 6th bedroom. It has 2 king singles which are designed to be used separately or joined to provide a super king. Rainbow Point is an awesome location. Its super quiet, right next to the lake, there are no busy roads to cross, its close to town but far enough away and we have a little country pub within walking distance. No taxi required!!!
Special conditions:
There is a Main House (3 bedrooms) with an attached self contained Flat (2 bedrooms). These are normally rented together as one home. If you are one family or a smaller group and only need the Main House then let us know.
