The main bathroom has all amenities for a delightful start to the day. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet. A fully eqipt kitchen and a spacious living area. Enjoy a bbq meal in the alfresco dinnig area, which leads to a veranda where the sounds of the ocean can be heard. Full kitchen set up. Linen & towels provided. Whether you're looking to relax with WiFi or watching Netflix or explore the town, this enchanting property has everything you need. We think our place will help you experience everything Capel Sound and local sights has to offer. Local restaurants for all budgets, shopping at the plaza is only a short walk, Peninsular Springs, wine tasting at qa local wineries and world class golf courses are only a short drive.

A great place

Communication with Paul was excellent. The unit was comfortable and clean. Nice modern amenities.A few fans in the bedroom would’ve been an added bonus

Wonderful location and fantastic communication!

Communication with the hosts (Paul & Joanna) was amazing - very helpful, flexible and accommodating. We were offered both an early check in and late check out, allowing us to make the most of our stay and take the pressure off with kids and a fur-kid to organise! The unit is at the front of the group, directly across from the foreshore and just a short stroll through the campground to the sand and beautiful family-safe swimming. Also, only a short drive to Rosebud main strip, shops, restaurants & pier.The unit is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay - linen, towels, free WiFi, streaming, laundry, modern kitchen and fully enclosed outdoor space. Lovely touches of a personalised welcome letter, bottle of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival.Possible future improvement would be for the small enclosed rear yard to include a grassed area for fur-kids.Thank you for having us stay in your lovely home in a wonderful location!
