About this property

Belle Maison Neuve Avec Piscine Couverte et Chauffée

Hello,
We are offering our new house for rent, featuring a covered pool heated to 28°. The pool measures 9.55 by 4.15. The pool is not shared; it is private to the property.
The 1,430 m² lot is fenced, and the parking area is private, secured by an electric gate. Very little visibility from neighbouring properties.
It is located in Bodilis in a rural setting but with quick access to all amenities (cinema, pool, restaurants, drive-thru, supermarkets, airport 15 min away, train station 5 min away...)
The house is set back from major roads in a very quiet environment. There is a military base in a neighbouring town. It doesn’t bother us at all, but it might not be to everyone’s liking.
It can accommodate 6 people. The 3 bedrooms have double beds.
The house is very well equipped (2 TVs, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Campingaz grill, patio furniture, Wi-Fi, internet, and fiber-optic internet).
Its location is ideal for exploring the region. Brest is 20 minutes away, Roscoff is 25 minutes away, and Morlaix and Landerneau are 20 minutes away... Brest Airport is 15 minutes away, and the Landivisiau train station is 5 minutes away.
The beaches are 20 minutes away.
