Great location

Great basic place. Good for dogs but not fenced at all so be aware of that. Was surprisingly warm in the middle of winter which was great. Good communication with the owner 👍

There is a fully fenced area along the side of the house perfect for dogs and the balcony gate can be closed so the balcony is also fully contained. The complete section is not fenced. We find it perfect for our dogs.

Sort brash stay

It reminded me of laid back 70s and location was great. Cupboards could have been cleaner but everything was there and the bed was comfortable. This is a little piece of paradise

Great location super communication

This bach is so well located, just a few mins walk from Pauanui shops. Lisa is super communicative and stayed in touch throughout our booking process, including when the cyclone threw a last minute curveball! Very easy check-in & out process. We did think there was an odour in the master bedroom - but perhaps it was dampness related to the recent rain?

The bar b q definitely needs to be replaced. Finding the key and opening the place is a cross between an obstacle course and a treasure hunt

We have replaced the BBQ with a Weber BBQ. I think the instructions for locating the key and accessing the house are clear - we have had no other guests with this concern.

We’ll be back

Lockwood home of our dreams! Such a gorgeous space and the perfect size for my partner, dad and I. It was so lovely and warm to come back to after our family wedding in Pauanui. The instructions were so helpful and we are hoping to come back again for another holiday!

Loved our stay

If you want value for your $ this is the place to stay. I couldn't think of anything negative to say. We throughly enjoyed our holiday. The house and the area was just perfect for us. As an added bonus the beach was close to the bach and the fishing was good.

Beach Getaway
