Featuring three large bedrooms with the master having a king bed, the second
bedroom a double bed and one bedroom with two king single beds, the home is set up perfectly for families.

The kitchen is the heart of the home with a six seat dining table and raw wooden features that offer a warm, country living feel. French doors open to a paved patio and spacious backyard for children to enjoy, as well as a picnic table to spend time in the fresh Tasmanian air.

Fitzroy Gardens is just a short walk from the house, and Sandy Bay Shopping precinct, 10 minutes walk.

Getting Around:
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and sights of Hobart and Battery Point, just a 20 minute walk, as well as the popular Salamanca Market every Saturday morning.

Metro Tasmania bus network can take you into Hobart, with bus stops on nearby Regent Street and King Street.

Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.
