Located two streets back from the beach, it is a short 5 minute walk away.
Beautifully designed house with rooms opening outside onto paved decks
Peaceful large garden complete with shade sail, bbq, pizza oven, hot outdoor shower.
Park your car securely in the double garage and bring your bikes to explore the bike trails around Tauranga
The house is ideally located in Papamoa and is nestled between two shopping centres. Bayfair Shopping Centre is 3.5km away and Papamoa Plaza is just 2.5km.
10km away are the attractions of Mount Maunganui. Drive 15km and you will find yourself in downtown Tauranga.
