The property was well equipped for guests with kitchen gadgets, beach gear, family games and even flashlights for late night strolls on the beach. The spa was warm and relaxing and the location was convenient…just a short walk to the beautiful ocean. The host was available immediately to answer our questions. Memories were made for sure.

Great location just inside Sea Pines and minutes from the beach. Cyndi was very accessible when questions or concerns arose. Home was clean, very well stocked, and organized. Really appreciated the beach wagon, pool/beach toys, crib, etc. that eliminated having to pack or rent these items.

House was perfect for our family of 9Everything was just right, Kitchen was great for family dinners and accommodated 6 adults making various snacks etc. The loft with 4 beds will be great when the grand kids are a little older. Only small disappointing fact is the walk to the beach was twice what it is advertised unless you are light jogging. Pool was wonderful.

Our group enjoyed everything about our stay at Jeff and Cyndi’s home. Communication was excellent. The house is exactly as described. It’s a very beautiful and spacious place, both inside and out. Of the many, many vacation homes we’ve rented over the years, Jeff and Cyndi’s is the absolute winner as far as what they stock for their guests! So many thoughtful things, from the “Welcome” bottle of wine to the scotch tape in the drawer and so many other little touches in between. As always, the beach at Hilton Head is so special and this location is no exception! They are truly thoughtful and caring hosts. We’d happily stay at their property again.

A really nice home, nice bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and large flat screen tv in the living room. A pool and hot tub out back were really nice and the hot tub heated up quickly. The beach was a short walk away around 3-4 minutes. Close to everything and really nice paved bike trails.

Great for Families!

This was the perfect house for our vacation! Kitchen was newly renovated and pool area was private and spacious. House is located just steps from the beach path. Highly recommend for families with children.

This house was wonderful! It was a great location with easy access to everywhere. The house had everything you could possibly need and the owners seem great, they responded very quickly to messages and were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great week! Perfect location with easy access to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked which made meals easy. Backyard pool area was such a nice relaxation spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Exactly what we wanted

We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful. Had everything you could ever want if you like to cook. Not to mention all the things to go to the beach! We loved our trip so much. Not to mention the weather was fantastic!!!!

Everything we needed and a lot of the extras! Had a wonderful stay with our son and his wife and two grandsons. Plenty of room for all of us. Added bonus was the crib…an actual crib to make the youngest’s nights so much more like home. Lots of pool and beach accessories too. Easy walk to the beach.
