This property was just as pictured, very nice. Quiet area, great for relaxing on the porch. A little further from the beach than we had hoped but the place was very clean and well supplied. Unfortunately the trail to the beach was difficult to find.
We enjoyed our stay. Decorated beautiful! We had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. Very comfortable. Will book again.

We enjoyed our stay at Amelia Landing condo until the last night when there was a loud party that lasted until 3 am which kept us awake most of the night. However, the condo is clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and beach. We had a great time overall despite the noisy neighbors.
Very nicely decorated. Everything was fresh and new. Loved screened in porch facing the lush vegetation and singing birds. Very peaceful. Pool was shaded and large. Loved it. Nothing was lacking. Can't wait to visit again.
Place could use a little updating. It's an older building, but a nice little place to stay. No Ceiling fans in bedrooms, but had floor fans. Nice patio area. Walking distance to beach, Beach chairs, toys, small coolers and cart were included, which was great. The Beach is gorgeous, overall had a great time.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location. The unit was perfectly appointed; very clean and comfortable. Whomever decorated it really knew what they were doing. All appliances appeared new as did the furnishings. Quiet and peaceful just like it should be. No complaints here and will definitely be back! Thanks for a great week!
The property was old and the condo was hidden from sunlight.

Great space for two or small family, well appointed, nice kitchen, good TV, nice beach access via path, walking distance to Sliders Restaurant/bar & V pizza. Nice southern outdoors, private deck.
Floor above a bit loud with footsteps, needs a fan in master. Speed bumps in driveway are a bit much.
We needed to check in a little early in order to get to the wedding rehearsal. The staff was very accommodating. The condo was clean and comfortable. The back porch was wonderful ...especially since it was private and shaded.
Everything you needed to know was in a notebook in plain sight.
It was very convenient to walk to the beach, even though you can drive and park since it is near public parking.
The area felt safe.

It was on the second floor which I never saw it mentioned anywhere. It was ok for us gave us our cardio everyday. Liked the keyless entry. Everything was very clean. Nicely furnished and decorated. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Just a few minor problems to mention. Had scented candles in with the glassware which the glasses picked up the scent so moved the candles to another location. There were detailed instructions for most everything but the television took awhile to figure it out. Missed not having an oven hope it gets fixed soon. Could use a few more lids for the pots and pans. The lighting could be better in the living room area. It was in a great location close to the beach, to restaurants, shopping and within walking distance of a park. We really enjoyed our stay.
Loved the decor and the porch was AMAZING! Carpet in living area could use some love ( or replacing) it is very stained, but other than that the place was very nice! We did have someone else’s trash left in one of the baskets, but no big deal. The walk to the beach was misleading, as you will need to cross a couple streets before getting g to the actual boardwalk. This was difficult for us with 3 kids under 6, so we ended up driving after a few days.
The unit above was EXTREMELY loud -stomping (sounded like kids wrestling) and yelling well into the night. Thankfully we were equipped with a sound machine so our kids could sleep!
Overall, my family had a good time and my girls did not want to leave- and I am missing my morning coffee on that porch!
The place was nice and comfortable. I gave a 4-star rating due to noisy neighbors upstairs that caused a lot of noise walking around all night. Other than that, the place was nice.
Great accommodations for a family (of 5). Sufficient space for us to be together or have our own space. Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, pharmacy and groceries. You can easily walk to the beach or drive and park ON THE BEACH (must have 4WD). Would definitely stay here again.
Great experience, Combo of place and physical location
Great spot with a very "secluded" feel. As it stated, the place was comfortable, very clean, had plenty of features you won't get in a traditional hotel (full kitchen, washer/dryer, trash/dumpster, community pool). All requirements for check in and check out were well explained.
There were small details that also played a role in it being a great stay: Wifi access and tv connected to popular apps for tv viewing in the night one, Board Games (came in handy during a heavy rain day), and even the foot wash in the parking area. If you're looking at it and can afford it, Highly Recommended.
Great rental, great location, poor circumstance with renter above
PROS:
- well stocked with everything we needed
- Very clean and comfy!! The sheets are soft too.
- The back porch is my favorite part and my husband dozed out there often
- Location is great! My family lives on S. fletcher so we drove to them the whole time for a shorter walk but def. do-able.
- The wagon is SO helpful!!!!! Grateful to of had that and it was a life saver rushing back between the rains this week.
CONS:
- the water heater temp. Needs to be adjusted. Even with the faucet in shower, sink, etc. (all faucets in house) turned a sliver to the warm it is blistering hot. If you have children and teens - i recommend you assist them in getting the water set right. This could be a dangerous outcome.
- I know that noise comes with rentals but I have taught my 2 children to be respectful of the noise they make especially in a rental townhome situation. I am certain that the upstairs tenants brought a trampoline indoors which they started using each day at 6:25 am and didn’t get off of until 11pm. With that, when the people upstairs walk and the master bedroom door is closed, the door shakes and makes noise with each step they take (which also stated at 6:25 each day). It is very bizarre but didn’t allow me to sleep in on my vacation once :-( I am unsure if it was related to the heavy feet of the renters or just the noise the house makes even when a 20lb child walks up there. If those are permanent tenants up there then you may want to get a spongey seal placed in the bedroom room to absorb the noise the door makes when closed regularly.
- There is a “pool patrol” person at the pool and it made me feel uncomfortable as she gathered our names and unit number. I felt like I anxiously had to hush my 6 yo bc I was unsure what the expectations were for fun level with someone just sitting there patrolling.

Liked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Will not rent again
Easy booking process, keyless entry, screened porch, ample tissues provided, and convenient parking were good. Disappointed that I received no updates prior to check in time despite the property manager assuring I would, missing handle on refrigerator made it difficult to open, no indication on property description that beach towels provided (description said “towels”, so unclear if bath or beach or both), thin walls and ceilings so we heard neighbors talking and walking constantly, no blender, and no holders for toilet paper.
A quick trip with friends and kids. Great place to stay! The adults loved the screened in porch! The beach path wasn’t cleared as much as we would have liked but a quick drive to the beach to drop off everything was easy!
We stayed for two nights for a friends bachelorette trip, we had a great time and the condo was perfect! Will stay again!
