The family friendly cabin features a spacious living/ dining or second sleeping area with king-single bed. A separate bedroom has a comfortable queen bed along with a pillow menu and extra blankets. Portacot or quality innerspring wool-top toddler mattress (70x130cm) can be added. The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, has an Airstream shower for a refreshing rain-like escape. Packed with complimentary toiletries and extra towels.
The laundry is in the host’s home so for bookings made via this website we offer a free wash and dry laundry service - 1 small load per 24 hours. Thereafter charges apply: $12 per small load. In continuing with sourcing and celebrating local ingredients for breakfast Height of Dunedin is double-glazed throughout and in its sustainability journey has capitalised solar power energy. Being environmentally efficient towels are encouraged to be reused and bed linens are serviced weekly.
You can hand-feed pet animals on a self-guided wander. Awaken to the morning chorus of abundant birdlife: tuis, singing bellbirds, plump wood pigeons, warbling magpies, paradise ducks, hunting hawks, owls and NZ’s rare rosella parrots.

We are a young couple with 2 boys. We own a lifestyle property with the additional cottage that is well-appointed for guest privacy 20 plus metres away from our home.
During the weekends and summer evenings we enjoy working outside on our mini-farm, with our animals, our ever-growing lawn and never ending need for firewood.
