There are three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and three bathrooms.

Stay warm and comfortable during the cooler months with two heat pumps and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.



The complex features a shared heated swimming pool (available during the summer season from Labour Weekend to Easter) and a BBQ area - perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.



Located just a 5-minute ride from a network of mountain bike tracks catering to all skill levels, this is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Taupō’s central location also means you`re only 1.5 hours from the ski fields and just 1 hour from Rotorua.



The property includes a double garage for parking. While additional shared parking spaces are available within the complex, they are not guaranteed. Please note: trailers (including boats), campervans, and caravans are strictly prohibited.



As this property is part of a complex, body corporate rules apply and must be followed. The complex is riverside and includes a swimming pool - children must be supervised at all times. Please note that swimming in the river is not recommended due to strong currents.

Perfectly located

The property was just perfect for our group of 4 adults staying at Taupo for the Ironman. Ideal location to walk into town fabulous views and so spacious. The pool was a bonus too along with the garage.

Super riverfront apartment with easy walk to central Taupo

A roomy, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The garage was a great and made access and unloading a breeze. Nice view of the lake and mountains beyond.

Amazing view and location

Great place to stay. It's in a great location and is quiet considering how many apartments are there. It's close to town and you could walk if you wanted to. The views over the river and marina are amazing. There were swans and signets on the river when we were there so got to feed them.It was great having a garage and internal access on the mid floor.This apartment is over 3 levels and the living is on the top floor so be mindful of that.

Spacious home in excellent location

Large, tidy home with everything you need for a great group or family holiday. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless, and the rest of the home is tidy albiet well used over the years. Having several bathrooms and sleeping over different levels was excellent. We would definitely stay again! Would love to see it in the summer!

Getaway weekend

The property has great views and location. The initial impression is it needs a good overall clean and refresh. There was very limited toilet paper and only 3 segments of paper towel left on roll. The vacuum cleaner is left in the dining area and is fullbl of dirt and dust. Only 1 x bath towel for 3 nights. The information folder is old, riped and needs replacing.

Disappointed tenant

The cleanliness of the property was sub-standard. Venetian blind not working, window catches missing, some lights not working, very dusty, kitchen tiles not cleaned properly . While the location was good the presentation of the property was very disappointing. Our cleaning fee was refunded but the refund should have been higher.

Great location and views to die for

It really suited the 2 couples as we had our own space but could come together socially in the living areas. Our only compliant was the outdoor patios could do with a clean as could the outdoor furniture downstairs. Otherwise a great place to stay
