Great location and very walkable! All beds were comfy but pillows could use an upgrade. Easy layout with everything on one floor. Host was super easy to communicate with and very attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I drove south in search or warmer temps and this house in Atlantic Beach was the perfect destination. The house was clean and had everything we needed, was walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and in the perfect location. Would definitely return!

Excellent location and overall great house. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors were gritty (sandy), there were food crumbs on the counters, one of the bathroom sinks looked dirty and the bed quilts on two of the beds were balled up at the head of the bed. Upon arriving it just was not inviting. Also, the furniture in the master bedroom had broken knobs and one of the tables in the great room needs repair or replacing, the legs were very loose.

We enjoyed staying in the location because it was easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. The house, which is in a family-friendly neighborhood, is very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very nice and helpful when we contacted him. It is one of the nicest places in which I have stayed during my many trips to Atlantic Beach.

Beautifully maintained house, clean and easy walk to the beach and local restaurants! Owners were very nice annd super responsive to taking care of a request we had. Only wish I had realized there are not curtains (there are nice blinds though) as the sunlight lights up the rooms as soon as it comes up!

Atlantic Beach Oasis

Our families stay at the property was awesome! The property is in a wonderful location not only to go out to the beach, but also to get to other conveniences. The property was very clean, spacious, and was perfect for our family of 6. We personally loved the front porch first thing in the morning. My kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We will definitely be staying again!

Amazing week in Atlantic Beach

This was our second stay in Atlantic Beach, and first time at this property. We were beyond amazed and thrilled with the accommodations. The pictures didn’t do the house justice. A perfect beach house with an enjoyable walk to the beach. We loved our stay and the neighborhood. We will definitely be back!
