Getting into the place was terrible we didn’t get the correct code to get in finally the cleaning lady was next door and got us in Tv was a nightmare couldn’t find the remote cleaning lady went out and bought a new one her name is Stephanie she was amazing

Edward I am so sorry you had problems getting in. The code provided was correct but the door can be tricky. I explained that in the check in information I sent you. I had no idea the remote was lost by a previous guest. You are correct Stephanie is amazing. And the only way we’d be able to offer our place on Airbnb is having someone like her close by.
