The house was great and excellent floor plan, very spacious as we had family from 94 to 2! Very nice community pool and restaurant, huge Publix two minutes away and easy access to Disney too.

There were some issues with the toilets getting clogged and the sink water not draining properly. It was a little disappointing that the pool heating and the jacuzzi were not available. Also, when we opened the cabinet next to the stove, both doors were already off the hinges, and as we continued opening it, a screw came loose.Overall, we appreciate you letting us stay in your home. It was still cozy, gave us valuable time with our family, and was conveniently located not far from Disney and the other attractions we wanted to visit.

Property Management Company was outstanding. Will use them again but next time will do a house that the pool with the house is heated. That isn’t property management’s fault. Check-in at guardhouse was fantastic. She was very polite and informative! House was very clean. Obviously it has been used often but as long as things were clean is what we wanted. Thank you for doing an outstanding job with all the instruments as well.

House was good size to accommodate extended family. Location to Disney was perfect, made it easy to come back mid day to let dog out. Private pool and resort pool nice. We were disappointed with cleanliness and felt the need to clean some upon arrival. Walls going up stairwell need a deep scrub desperately. There were some dirty spots on kitchen counters. Living room rug had crumbs in it. Tried to vacuum using property vacuum but it didn’t work very well. Internet went out due to storm and could not get fixed during our stay which was unfortunate for family trying to do work/school from home. Overall was okay for the price, very nice house, but we would have paid more for a cleaner hotel.

We stayed here for 12 days and had a mix of positives and negatives.The home was spacious and fit our family well. Most bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, close to Disney with Uber rides around 20 each way. The community amenities were a highlight: the pool area was clean, fun, and had great food and drinks. There also was also a nice dog-friendly green space nearby.However, several issues impacted our stay. The kitchen was very minimally equipped and not suitable for cooking family meals, so we had to purchase many additional items. The patio blinds fell when we opened them, and many appeared to be held up with tape. The patio furniture was in poor condition, including a broken chair, a ripped lounge chair, and another with a cigarette burn.Inside, one bedroom TV did not work, the stair carpet was extremely dirty, so much that we didn’t want to walk on it without shoes/slippers. The ice maker was broken. The pool heater and hot tub also did not work (we did receive a partial refund from management), which was disappointing.Overall, we were not satisfied with this property and would not recommend it. That said, we truly enjoyed the community and its amenities and would consider staying in a different home in the same area in the future.
