Great location in Windy Hill-2 blocks from the beach and directly down the street from an access point. Cute community with a nice pool. No complaints!

The home was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with icemaker in fridge. We met neighbors at the pool and hot tub area and they were welcoming and friendly. Host was easy to contact and quick to answer my questions. Washer and dryer in unit made it easy to be travel ball ready for Multiple tournaments. Our only complaint was Wishing we could stay longer!

Windy Hill Area N. Myrtle beach

This property was just as advertised, close to beach, close to RT17, 3 bedrooms. Kitchen with plenty of extras (plates, pans, cooking utensils etc.) spacious, open 1st floor. Fit our needs perfectly. No issues the entire week. We hope its available our next time in town.

The location was ideal. Two blocks from the beach and the community had a pool and hot tub. Awesome for a family! Although the pool and hot tub were not very clean. The relationship with EVOLVE proved challenging, it appears to be a third party manager. They didn't easily connect me to the property manager. They really got in the way. I would not use another property if Evolve was part of the deal. The home did not have hair dryer, laundry detergent, enough towels, food storage containers for left overs, dishwasher pods. Furniture was well used and had large holes in the couch. We had to do multiple loads of laundry for clean towels, daily. lf this was clearly shared from the beginning, we would have planned ahead. Location could not be better.

Great place to stay! The beach is a very short walk and there are a ton of places to shop and eat near the house. I would definitely stay there again.
