Great property for snowmobiling! Tons of parking, right off the trails, and a great set-up for hanging snowmobile bibs and jackets.

The perfect place on the Keweenaw Peninsula
The home is immaculately clean and has everything you would need. This is a two unit home, and one unit is directly across from the other. If you needed more space you could possibly rent both and have the whole place to yourself. The location is perfect- easy to get to right off the highway. Far enough away from town to feel secluded and close to Twin Lakes SP. The host was helpful and responsive when needed. Tom gave me a recommendation to try a bar close by and I ended up making friends with the locals. I will definitely be back during snow mobile season! I highly recommend this home.
Our family chose this location for exploring the area in early August. We headed out in a different direction each day and it worked well. We found groceries and more within an easy driving distance in the town of Houghton and mapped out our path of exploration each night before heading out the next morning. The host was helpful upon arrival and gracious during our stay. We felt right at home in this beautifully renovated church! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with things we might need, and the shared community room with a washer & dryer was perfect for our needs after a long day of being out & about. This is set up as a duplex with a wide hallway running between the two residences, which we found to be a comfortable arrangement. Thanks, Tom, for making this gem available! It met our family's needs perfectly and we enjoyed meeting you!
