The rooms were comfortable. There were nice added bonuses coffee & tea pods provided by the host along with shampoo & soap in the bathrooms & laundry detergent & dish soap. Great location in the trees with lots of wildlife right outside the windows.

Great place. Clean and roomy. The balcony wraps around 3 sides of the home so is great for hanging motorcycle gear over night and sitting around for a cocktail. Good folks to work with too.

This place exceeded my expectations It's well maintained and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. My only suggestion would be to invest in a grill for those of us who enjoy grilling.

Comfortable Cloudcroft Getaway for Three Couples

We spent the weekend getting ready for and stressing about the Miss New Mexico Pageant in Alamogordo. The Cloudcroft house provided a cool escape from the 100° temperatures in Alamogordo. (We didn’t even need to turn on the central air conditioning) There are terrific mountain drives and hikes nearby. The Cloudcroft house has every essential. It has a lovely front porch to view local wildlife. For the indoor-folks, the house has plenty of board games and smart TVs. The premises have been very well cared for— and every surface is very clean.
