The property includes 5 acres of wooded land, 280ft of waterfront, 2700sq. ft. four season main cottage, an A-framed Bunkie, and a domed tent. The layout of the cottage is open and spacious, providing a generous living area with stunning views of the water all around with multi-level decks, outdoor sauna, hot tub, shower, firepit, and extra long dock.

We've got you covered with the following conveniences to ensure a worry-free stay:

*220V EV charger port at the cottage entrance (bring your own cable and charger )
* Linens for all beds
* Towels (body, hand, and face)
* Essential toiletries like toilet paper, Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, Moisturizer.
* Paper towels, garbage, and recycling bags
* Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, condiments, and various basic ingredients and seasonings
* Oversized propane BBQ and charcoal BBQ, propane tank and 1 bag charcoal provided
*Two large barrels of firewood for fire pit and firewood for sauna
* Well water is softened, UV and filtered. (guests are encouraged to bring your own drinking water though)
* BaRun multi serve coffee maker, tea bags, electric kettle water boiler, and sugar
* Foosball table, Board games, books, and playing cards for entertainment
*One double door closet in the third bedroom is locked and not for guests use
* One closet in the corridor on second floor is locked and not for guests usage
*Crawl-in basement is off-limits to all guests.
* the sail boat and fishing boat are off-limits to all guests.
*Locked outdoor sheds and containers are not for guests usage
Guest access
Unlocked areas are all accessible. Sailboat and fishing boat are off limits.
Other things to note
*the dock is available only from May 1st till end of October.
* the A-framed bunkie and the dome tent are partially insulated, and heated during winter time with electrical heaters (diesel heater also equipped in the tent). During summer time, air conditioner equipped in the bunkie, and electricity fan is equipped in the tent for your comfort.
* the outdoor kitchen sink and outdoor shower is available only from May 1st till end of October.
*Ice fishing tent and snow shoes is available from Dec 15th to end of March depending on weather and host doesn't guarantee the lake ice is thick enough to walk on during these days.
*The hammock at the waterfront is available only from May 1st till end of Oct, the hammock is rated at 150lb capacity, and limited to one person use only at a time.
*the volleyball net is available only from May 1st till end of Oct.
