Alice welcomed us and was very helpful. We also had Chef Dave cook for us one night and it was a fantastic dinner! The food was delicious and he was a super nice guy. The house was great and plenty of room for everyone. And the beds were very comfortable!

Cannot say enough great things about this house and about Greg. It was a pleasure to book the property, Greg was responsive and friendly. The house itself is truly the quintessential VT experience and then some! The sauna & hot tub were highlights for our group. The house was extremely clean, well maintained and well stocked and 5 mins from Bromley. Definitely can’t wait to visit again!!!

The house is ideal resort like experience for a large group. We rent a lot of houses, and we've never stayed in a house with so many amenities and that actually worked! The sauna house is delightful. The bathrooms were like new. The pool table, foosball, and ping pong were also like new. The TVs were top notch and also functioned smoothly for streaming. The kitchen was over stocked with utensils and pots and everything. Super comfortable furniture you actually want to sit in.The location is ideal for enjoying Southern Vermont. Super close to Londonderry, Weston, and Manchester of course. But we were very pleasantly surprised by beautiful Hapgood Pond, where we hiked and fished everyday. Peru was also an unexpected delight as we came and went each day. And nothing better than being 9 minutes from AT trailhead with parking.

The property is just amazing and we had a fantastic time! We have been traveling as a family including cousins and family by love for more than 20 years and love a big house with amenities to just hang out in and be together. The property is serene with enough spaces indoors and outdoors for intimate conversations and large family gatherings. The neighbor hood is secluded but there is life, shopping and activities just around the corner!

Very clean and beautiful house

We stayed at this property for three nights for a ski trip on Okemo. The house is one of the best that I ever stayed for ski. Everything is organized and all deco are impressed. The owner has been very helpful as well. The beds are comfortable and we will definitely come back.

Great winter getaway

Had an awesome time at the estate. Well kept property with tons of space. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. They even put out sleds for us in the mud room when we told them the kids wanted to go sledding. A truly unique and memorable rental experience!

Thanksgiving 2024

Party of 16 ranging in age from 6 to 83 for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchens were well appointed. Loved the game room and the hot tub. Magical snow storm meant lots of sledding, sauna, and jig saw puzzles! We hope to return!
