Small Sized two bedroom apartment with a bathroom located in between.
Walk into an older style kitchen , fully equipped for cooking at home if required with full sixed fridge, freezer , microwave and coffee machine.
The living room opens to a small balcony . Seating provided to enjoy eating out on the balcony and watching the world go by.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and a wardrobe. Walk across the hall past the bathroom to the second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe.
The bathroom is an older style bathroom but has a walk in shower and toilet .
PLease note airconditioning is in the living room ONLY - Fans provided for bedooms
Loss of remote or fob willl incur replacement costs $150
There is a lift to access level 2
