Bedroom two, located at the opposite end of the apartment, offers a queen bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom three, cleverly screened off from the living area, also boasts a queen bed. The apartment includes a washing machine and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. A single car park is available, located a short walk away, and a parking permit will be provided for your stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. This includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space. Plus, you'll have access to the included car park.

For those arriving by car, one parking space is included, situated a short walk away. Additional paid parking can be found on Pukeatua Street. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is just a short drive away, approximately 10 minutes by car. Taxis and ride-sharing services offer convenient transport to and from the airport.

This is an upstairs apartment so stairs are unavoidable here.

One car park is included which is about 200m from the apartment. You can use paid parking in the nearby car parking building on Pukeatua Street or you can park in the street for free after 5pm and before 8am.
