We had a great family vacation. The house is big enough for our 3 adult kids, and their 3 kids! The walk to the beach is literally steps! We practically had the beach to ourselves every day. The only reason for a 4 star rating was because the place needed a could spring clean up. We would stay here again!

Thank you for your kind review! We take cleanliness issues very seriously and want to address your concern. We do have a deep cleaning done every Spring. We spoke to our cleaning staff and intend to ensure that our house is pristine for all of our guests moving forward.

Broadkill Beach is wonderful. Very chill, beautiful. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Great bird watching, sunrise and sunset views are spectacular.. Being sandwiched between Prime Hook and Beach Plum Island was terrific. This house is really lovely. Very roomy, well organized and gracious. We really appreciated the fact that the kitchen is so well equipped. Just great!!
