"The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The unit itself was immaculate and very comfortable. You can't beat the location—having the beach right outside your door while being just a half-mile from the center is amazing. The communication was seamless and excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Host was excellent and check in was fantastic. It wasn't quite what we were expecting but that was on us. We didn't realize this was basically a motel that had some updates and then renamed as a "Condotel". Location was excellent and the room was clean. Bed was not very comfy but beyond that, I would definitely stay here again, now knowing.

I was able to check in early with Justin's help and attention. It was so comfortable and lovely. I really enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the outdoor seating. Just perfect!

Positives were we could see the sunrise from the front door. The beach is a few steps away. The air conditioner worked well when we needed it. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean - it’s also dated and electrical outlets were insufficient. Appliances like toaster were stored under the sink and there were no outlets in that area for any of them. We plugged the toaster into an outlet next to our bed. The refrigerator is very small - we supplemented with our cooler for our 3 days there. Our binder of local information was outdated but we met a woman downstairs who gave us current information ( and loaned us ice cube trays). She was going to update the binder for our unit. People around us owned their units and were friendly and helpful as needed.

Beachfront 15

Beachfront 15 was right on the beach, on the second floor ( No Elevator for you handicapped people ). Basically, it’s a studio apartment/condo fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and the likes. If you’ve never stayed on the beach in the summer, you’re missing a great experience. And you’re only about 1 mile from Zoo Ville ( aka Old Orchard Beach ).If you are going to Old Orchard Beach I highly recommend the Beahfront Condotel for your stay.
