All the space in the world for you and your family and friends to relax, enjoy the outdoors, entertain, enjoy the estuary with the huge array of water activities on offer whether it be boating crabbing, fishing or kayaking .
Please note we are a bush setting so grounds can get muddy during winter periods
Happy hour on our deck with the best views the Estuary has to offer.
Boasting 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 kitchens, pool table, huge decking area with BBQ and relaxing outdoor area.
The master suite upstairs is home to a beautiful atrium sunroom perfect for those seeking privacy
Sleeping up to 14 guests.
Price based on 8 guests with extra guests only $45 per night .
Strictly no parties or events.
Noise limit 10pm
Bond of $700 will be required via credit card upon check in and refunded 24 hours after departure.

huge home on estuary's edge
Very spacious house adjacent to caravan park and on the estuary's edge. Had a few issues but the property manager and staff were very receptive to a few suggestions we offered. Have booked again

The property is huge and in a great location and is very well suited to a large group. Wifi was essentially non existent. This didn't bother us but may be worth noting for other groups.
