We had an amazing time in Lincoln. So much to do. The house was perfect, very clean and was well equipped. The pools were great! Definitely recommend this house. The location was great! Thank you!

The unit was clean and had everything needed. The hot tub in the pool house was closed but not the fault of the owner. We love this area and would rent this unit again!

Our stay at this beautiful townhome was wonderful! Plenty of room for my family, which included four teenagers. It was nice to see them put down electronics and use the games provided by the owners. The home was clean. All essentials, including bedding provided and comfortable. The home is very close to New Hampshire sightseeing, activities, and restaurants. There was also hiking trail behind the pool house on the Pemi River and a walking shortcut to stores/restaurants through the property parking lot. We will definitely book again!

Reviewer Comments: we booked this last minute right after new year. we were very lucky it was available and couldnt be happier. very warm and cozy! gas fireplace was warm and cozy, beds were comfortable and home was set up great for entertainment and family gathering. location was just minutes from loon mountain and highway. we loved it and highly recommend. also linda was our host contact,we had a question about the pool pass and she called us back right away and after hours.everything was perfect and as described.

Unit was a bit dusty. Internet went out last 5 minutes of football game. Tennis court in poor shape - large cracks filled with grass. Unit comfortable but needs some updating/ wall patching. Despite cleaning fee was asked to wash all dishes and take out trash.
