Fantastic Property

Wonderful property with a beautiful view - very close to Belleayre Mountain. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of toys and games for the kids. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Very comfortable mattresses - important after skiing all day! Would love to stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location. Had everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of direct communication with owners/agency. Lost power for a short time and did not get response to our voicemail messages or any communication throughout the stay. Luckily we were able to resolve issue ourselves but prefer rentals that have a responsive owner. Also, snow plows came 1 day only. No one showed up 2nd day of snowfall.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the house and its great location, and that it had everything you needed during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Snow removal services are typically scheduled once snowfall reaches four or more inches, and we will review the timing to ensure it was handled appropriately. While we aim to respond promptly, we regret that communication did not meet that expectation during your stay, as we value responsiveness just as much when we travel and stay in lodging ourselves. Regarding the power concern, we were not notified by our electric and gas company of an outage at the time and are following up to better understand what may have occurred. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving the guest experience.

Stunning View!

We usually do a VT ski vacation, but decided to stay a little closer to home this year. This house was the perfect location for skiing Belleayre. The house was a delight! Very clean, great design for hanging out in the evening. The view of the ski mountain was cool! We watched the groomers lights in the evening. We are planning to repeat this trip next year & hope to stay here again . All communication was great. Check in & out very easy.

Spectacular find in the Catskills!

This house was even more beautiful, clean, and comfortable than we could have imagined. We were so happy to have found this gem to stay in to attend our nephew's nearby wedding. Everything is there for a guest to use and you have thought of the tiniest details that anyone needs in a house that is not their own. The decor is beautiful, the views are beyond amazing and having thermostats in every room was terrific for those who like different temperatures in order to sleep well. We were 4 adults (40's, 50's & 60's) and we all wished we lived in a house this gorgeous. Two nights of peace and serenity was perfect and we all hope to be back someday. I've already told others about this beautiful house ~ especially our friends who ski. We all loved staring at those slopes from the living room and balcony ~ it was truly gorgeous.

Thank you for your wonderful comments, we do take pride in our house and love that it is enjoyed as much by our guests. you mentioned long mirrors and bedstands on both sides of bed. We have needed those ourselves on occasion when staying there. On our list for purchase........
