Being surrounded by the Beautiful Bellarine Peninsula you will find everything from Wineries, Golf Courses, Restaurants, Adventure park https://www.adventurepark.com.au/water-park
A short drive will take you to Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale, Saint Leonards, Port Arlington and Queenscliff, where you can catch the ferry to Sorrento for a day trip.
Close by is Torquay, Anglesea, Bells Beach, Aireys Inlet, Lorne and beyond along the Great Ocean road

Ridiculously well appointed house.Great layout, clean and spacious. Second living room was great for the kids.Brilliant kitchen and wifi throughout. Pool was clean and well heated with an outdoor entertaining area that allowed for others to be involved without getting in the pool if they didn’t want to.Walking distance to the beach, coffee shop and playground.Fantastic family holiday

One of Ocean grove best houses

The host deserves 10 stars for this house it was absolutely stunning in every way. Beds were so comfy and beautiful couches and 3 massive televisions. Pool was excellent all family loved the stay. House was literally brand new. We have stayed in at least 12 different homes in Ocean grove and this was by far the best. Michael the host is an absolute gentleman and very helpful. We loved this place so much I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ocean grove now as it would feel second rate to this gem of a place. We can't thank Michael enough and if anyone decides to book this house be prepare to be stunned. I know for sure that myself and family will be back as soon as possible. We grew up in Melbourne and have been visiting the Bellarine Peninsula most of lives and absolutely love it here.
We decided to build our dream home in this wonderful location.
There are so many things to do and places to visit here and we would love you to share our experiences.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted a place Close to the Ocean and found this hidden Gem of a location to Build Our Dream Home.
There are so many places to visit on the Surfcoast.
Barwon heads, 13th Beach, Port Arlington, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Wallington are all less than 20 minutes away.
A little further out you will find, Torquay
Geelong, Bells Beach, Anglesea, Lorne, The great Ocean Rd and Beyond.
Fantastic Golf Courses And Wineries are Just the Beginning.

What makes this property unique

Designed over a year, we painstakingly tweaked the design to create a truly special Holiday Destination.
The Pool is in a central area close to the House for perfect visibility and peace of mind for the Family.
Taking into consideration the lack of Holiday Properties with Accessibility we settled on a Single Story Design.
We have widened several Doors and designed a Shower with no shower screen or step for optimal accessibility.
A Second TV area for the Kids, Generous Sized Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Living Areas.
A great Cafe 2 minutes away which serves excellent meals and drinks.
On the way to the beach or Cafe you will find the Playground in the park.
The Supermarket is a 5 minute Drive and Ocean grove Shopping Centre is a similar distance.
