Nestled on the seventeenth floor of Silver Beach Towers Resort, West Penthouse 1706 is a stunning two-story vacation rental boasting five bedrooms, two of which are King suites, and five and a half bathrooms. With panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and 3 balconies, this penthouse combines luxury and comfort in an unbeatable beachfront setting.

Conveniently situated in the heart of Destin, you’ll find an array of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options just a stone’s throw away. Plus, you’ll enjoy access to Silver Beach Towers' two fantastic beachfront pools and expansive beach area offering seasonal beach service.

Step into a beautifully designed open concept living space that invites relaxation. Gather with family and friends for an unforgettable vacation soaking in the stunning views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in one of the two living areas. Enjoy your time spent relaxing on the large, west facing, private balcony or one of the two North facing balconies that offer great views of the Bay and beyond.

The dining arrangements are generous, with a cozy breakfast nook for three, a dining table for eight, and additional seating at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end stainless-steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you’ll need to whip up delicious meals together.
Additionally, a dedicated office with a desk and flat-screen TV provides a space for work or gaming, while a conveniently located half bath rounds out the first floor.

For your beach enjoyment, Silver Beach Towers offers beach service set-ups (two chairs and one umbrella) for a fee of $35 per day from March 1 to October 31 for a fee.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Beautiful condo. Very spacious and gave everyone their own space. Views were gorgeous! Beach and pool very accessible. Major plus having a bar at the pool where you could get drinks and food. Will definitely stay here again.

Well-equipped unit, amazing views. Enjoyed most amenities available. The only thing we didn’t like was the condo complex doesn’t allow beach chair rentals on check in/out day, and they pick up all the chairs at 5pm in the summer.

The property is beautiful but definitely needs a couple upgrades. The property had a hand held can opener that was laying in the drawer broken and the dryer wouldn’t dry a small load of clothes. We had to hang them up to dry. The key fobs bag said 4 key fobs but only had 3 in it which definitely made it difficult for us. We were having to swap around key fobs because there was us and our 3 adult children. Also it doesn’t have a secure WiFi. Other than that our stay was great and the condo is beautiful and spacious.

First, let me say that the Silver Beach Towers is an awesome building with great amenities. This was our 3rd visit to Destin and second booking in this building. The condo is beautifully decorated and is true to the listing pictures. My complaint is with the uncomfortable furniture. The living room furniture is not comfortable at all. The living room TV has 13 lights/bright spots behind the screen that probably indicate that the unit is about to go out and makes it hard to watch. My wife and I slept in the main floor master suite and the mattress was terrible. It is really worn and compressed. It needs to be replaced. We were a party of 10 and used all 5 bedrooms. Most of the occupants agreed that the mattresses do not sleep well. There are numerous dry wall cracks throughout and the balcony dining chairs are showing a lot of wear. We were able to find some seat cushions in a closet but nothing for the 2 chaise lounge chairs. For a penthouse condo with penthouse condo pricing, We were really disappointed in the quality of seating and mattresses. I expect more comfort from a condo of this caliber.
