We had a lovely 5-day getaway over the holidays. The location was terrific with a view of the slopes and the New Year’s Eve fireworks. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had a fire in the fireplace each night. Holiday Valley shuttle was convenient to get to the slopes. Ellicottville is a delight and close by. Great shower in the loft. The balcony overlooking the gorgeous fall landscape was priceless. The lofted ceilings, decorating details, and cleanliness were impressive. The owners communicate quickly and professionally. This end townhouse was conviently located to the parking lot and garbage dumpster. It is just far enough from town where you can feel relaxed but still have walking/short drive access to downtown EVL.

Fantastic location, accurately described and would recommend this property

Great location with great amenities and owner was a wonderful host. We loved this property and really enjoyed our stay. Only issue - there is only one Air Conditioner in the entire house placed in the living room which was not working through our stay, however weather was colder than usual which made our stay comfortable.
